• Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Answering machine available after hours

Summer Hours

• Last Friday in June until Labour Day
• Mon-Thurs  8:30-4:30   Fri 8:30-2:00

No services are provided on the following holidays

• Victoria Day
• Canada Day
• Civic Holiday
• Labour Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Boxing Day     

         **Christmas Day - Special hot meals are available on Christmas Day

Compliment & Complaint Process

Clients are encouraged to forward their compliments or complaints to the Quality Manager. Upon receipt of a concern, the Quality Manager or designate will contact the involved party within 48 hours.

All concerns are recorded and reviewed. Concerned parties will be informed of the outcome. If the solution is not satisfactory, you may present your concerns in writing to the Executive Director, for further consideration.
